Tactical Planning Workshop Objective: Build detailed tactical plans for the whole organisation or area of business in order to ensure the successful delivery of the business strategy and plans.
Preparation: These workshops often follow the top level Strategy Workshop but can be a stand alone meeting. Preliminary information gathering meetings with the workshop sponsor along with interviews with key people within your organisation will be held. This, combined with desk research and a carefully planned agenda are key to our very high success rate.
