Fred. Olsen Renewables AS is a wholly owned subsidiary of Bonheur ASA and Ganger Rolf ASA and is responsible for the group’s renewable energy activities. FOR’s main focus is onshore wind power and the first investment was made back in 1996. The main office is based in Oslo and activities are focused on the United Kingdom, Ireland and Scandinavian markets.
Leadout Projects have worked extensively with Fred. Olsen Renewables since 2009. Our work has covered bid planning, Web site design and team building workshops. We have facilitated workshops in both the UK and Norway. Fred. Olsen Renewables AS have used Leadout Projects workshops as a chance to get together to find out exactly what each other do and how they could work even better as a group.

For the team planning workshop we split the day into two parts with a really focussed meeting during the day followed by a visit to The Cookery School, Little Portland St in the late afternoon and evening so that they could have some fun and cook their own evening meal before sitting down together and enjoying their hard work.

In addition to helping with team planning, Leadout Projects have provided expertise to Fred. Olsen Renewables AS in web site planning, development and build. The first web site we built for FOR Ltd was for their UK and Ireland portfolio of wind farms. In 2013 our remit was expanded to include all their wind farms across Europe. As well as building all the content for their web site we also work with other suppliers based in Oslo, to host the web site on servers in Norway. We provide all the technical first line support and content updates on an annual basis.
